A planned, phased transition designed to deliver enhanced tools, greater visibility and more modern customer experience

Just as successful farming operations invest in equipment and technology upgrades over time, CHS Hedging is investing in a stronger technology foundation to better serve customers today and into the future. Many customers have already experienced that investment through the transition to CQG. The next phase is the launch of a new customer portal powered by ION/XTP.

These investments will help customers gain improved access to account information, positions, balances and reporting, along with enhanced tools and a more modern customer experience, while supporting our long-term ability to meet evolving customer and market needs.

One thing is not changing: the relationships customers have with CHS Hedging. Customers will continue to work with the same CHS Hedging brokers, risk advisors and support teams they know and trust throughout the transition.
